Barnston Lodge makes the perfect backdrop for your wedding day.
It’s surrounded by wildlife, fields and grazing horses. The extensive lawns stretch down to a beautiful lake, making a stunning backdrop for any photos.
Also included: a rare nineteenth century summer house known as the Brew House, which would’ve been used to make beer back in the day. Today, though, it’s a candlelit snug where guests can retire from the dance floor and cosy up around the large fire.
St Andrew’s church is a stone’s throw away from the venue. It’s a Norman church which provides the perfect country setting to get married in.
Barnston Lodge is a family home where guests are made to feel welcome and relaxed at once. At Barnston Lodge, they offer their grounds exclusively to you for the entire weekend. This includes lots of support from the venue owner, Jane.
The lake has a pretty jetty, a perfect location for waterside pictures. The stone steps of the main house are excellent for group family photographs and lead down to large, flat lawns.
Barnston Lodge has featured in several TV, music videos and commerical film projects and is available for hire as a film location.
