The Wedding Òra was built, to create and manage as much of your wedding as you would like us too. This can range from providing you with a shortlist of suitable suppliers, so you can plan your own wedding or to full planning and co-ordination, taking care of every aspect of your day with you. We offer a number of bespoke packages so that you can choose which level of service is right for you.
In terms of the Wedding day itself, we can craft an intimate ceremony or ensure that you arrive at a grand mansion by helicopter and everything in between. Whatever your vision, we will bring it to life and make sure you enjoy all the benefits of working with us. It all starts with an initial, free of charge, 30 minute consultation.
In order to make your experience with us unparalleled, we have a number of steps in place which have you front and centre. Some examples are:
- We will reply to all messages/phonecalls/e-mails within 24 hours.
- You have the ability to schedule appointments with us online at a time that suits you, even on select evenings.

Do I need a Wedding Planner?
A study has shown that a wedding can take an average of 528 hours to plan. This is equivalent to 66 full, 8hour working days.
These statistics came out of a study by Minted, US which was carried out in 2019. With the ever increasing complexities around Weddings thesedays, this figure is likely to have continued to grow.
With the amount of work in mind, a wedding planner will certainly save you time, stress and a lot of worry whilst you handle your many other committments.
How much do you charge?
The cost of our services are not charged the same across the board for all weddings. This is because some weddings have more complexity than others and it would be unfair to those couples seeking a more simple, intimate wedding to pay the same price as those who are having multiple days and a large number of suppliers. For this reason, we suggest a dedicated initial consultation takes place where I assess your needs and then I can provide you with a fully bespoke quotation following this.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not!
Every wedding is different and as a result so is the amount of planning that each one requires. All quotations are specific for your needs alone and you will not be paying for anything you do not require. All costs are included in the bespoke quotation for your needs.
Do I need to pay a deposit in order to secure my date?
Yes, in order to secure your date, you will need to pay a 20%, non-refundable deposit which will be based on the total value of services taken by you.
Can you help with Pre/Post wedding celebrations?
Absolutely!
If you would like to have a relaxing meal the evening before your wedding day or a brunch the day after your wedding, we can arrange this for you.

It is never too late to reach out to us for support. The Twilight Òra package which was created for clients just like you who had already carried out some planning but wanted support with all that is remaining.

What is your previous experience?
I graduated from The Wedding Planner School which has given me a solid and thorough grounding in all things wedding related.
I come from a background in Biomedical Science and whilst this may seem completely different, the transferable skills such as meeting deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders, communication and organisation are completely applicable to those needed as your wedding planner.
What is your favourite type of wedding to work on?
Honestly, any wedding! For me, it is all about meeting my wonderful couples and being a part of their wedding journey no matter the style or type of wedding that it is.
My Partner and/or I are Disabled, are you able to help us plan our wedding?
Absolutely!
We follow the Equality Act (2010) as to the reasonable adjustments that we and each supplier must make.
We will ask whether you, the couple, or any of your intended guests have any disabilities in our very first meeting. This ensures that from the start we are considering the inclusivity of your Wedding.
We know that not all disabilities are visible and are dedicated to working with you and your guests to ensure your Wedding is the best experience for everyone.
