Every ceremony is unique and starts by meeting and getting to know you. This is more of a conversation involving asking questions regarding your ceremony requirement / choices/ expectations and of course what a celebrant does. • Draft ceremony Put together the first draft of the ceremony in accordance with your wishes. This is changed, swapped, burnt, restarted until you are both satisfied, it’s your day. • Venue liaison/visit with Venue Wedding Planner I will be visiting the venue liaise with the venue and Event/Wedding planner/your Photographer/Videographer and other suppliers to ensure your special day flows perfectly. I will seek guidance from the venue and Wedding/Events planner in relation to any possible time constraints and any other simultaneous activities. • Create the Schedule of the day • Unlimited get togethers to agree and modify any part of the ceremony at any time. • Completion of the finalised ceremony. Visit and walk through at venue before the wedding day, finalising everybody’s part (including all wedding Party) as long as it takes this is a fun time, no pressure and getting used to where we all move to and why, with feedback from everybody at the end of the walk through to see if any minor changes need to be made, I will organise this date in agreement with you and the venue. • Final get together and practice closer to the big day and if required • Creation of a presentation copy of the ceremony for you to keep • Officiate ceremony and be available for photographs if required • Contact via email, phone, text, and video calls where required is unlimited Ceremony Certificate including up to four witnesses. Each in turn sign a keepsake certificate which is then presented to the bride and groom. Your vows, either written and chosen by you or traditional “I Do’s”, or both on a scroll wrapped in ribbon of your choice or a wedding day booklet, seen before your wedding day so you can choose.
