Full Description
Your wedding day is one of the most important of your lives and one which you will want to look back on, treasuring the memories as you grow old together. I feel hugely honoured to be a part of every wedding I photograph. My approach to wedding photography is to work as much as possible with natural light, creating a soft romantic feel for your images. I work with my clients to ensure that I know exactly what your dreams for your big day are, from those must have shots to the little details that make each wedding so special and unique. The journey starts at the pre-wedding consultation where we can chat (usualy over coffee and a slice of cake) about all of your plans. Many of my couples have and engagment shoot which ensures that they get to know how I work and feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. On the day istelf I am very unobtrusive, it is my job to blend in whilst capturing the story of the day. 6-8 weeks afterwards I provide a private online gallery of fully edited images. I really do love nothing more than a good wedding! If you would like to talk about how I can help create lasting memories for you to look back on, I am always more than happy chat.

What is your most memorable wedding?

Every wedding is memorable for different reasons. The ones that stick out for me though are those where I can really feel the love between the couple, I have been known to shed a tear or two!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

natural, artistic, storytelling, romantic, beautiful

What about your business are you most proud of?

The reaction I get from my clients. Nothing makes me prouder than receiving a heartfelt thankyou, oh and being nominated for the wedding industry awards by past brides has been pretty great too!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Talk to your suppliers alot beofore hand so that on the day itself you can relax and enjoy knowing we have it all covered.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

A grooms uncle taking the wedding service along with the local vicar

Describe your typical process with a couple.

A meeting following booking (usualy involving cake) where we can discuss the planning document in more detail and I can get to know the couple better, this is often followed by an engagement shoot. I will visit the venue if at all possible but always have a conversatin with thevicar or registrar before the day. I stay in touch via email or phone in the months running up to the wedding to conver any last minute ideas or changes in the itinerary. Following the day itself I will send a sneak peek or two and then a full gallery 6-8 weeks later, after which we plan the album and prints
