What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We provide a lot of personal touches to our brides and grooms however even they don't find out all of these things until during or after their big day. So i can't reveal our secrets..
Describe your typical process with a couple.
From the initial enquiry, we set out our packages and prices to allow our clients to choose what they think is best based on their budget or discuss a bespoke package to suit them.
After this point we like to meet in person because I or one of my wedding DJs are effectively a working guest at your wedding so it's important that you feel that you know us and are comfortable with us so that when you need anything from us on the day you won't hesitate to ask. We also discuss music, running order, first dance, any special announcements, master of ceremony duties, and ideas our couple have.
We then confirm the booking and tie up the formalities.
Around 1 week before the day we have another refresher chat to ensure nothing has changed or needs adding/amending.
We also deal with the venue directly to ensure there are no unexpected surprises and that they know we are coming. We work with almost all the venues in Hertfordshire so this part is easy!
That's about everything!
What makes a romantic first dance?
There are so many! Ed Sheeran, Etta James, Sam Smith, Eric Clapton.. I could go on for days.
What is your number one floor-filler?
For every floor filler at one type of event it can be a floor clearer at the next if not timed right or assessed based on the crowd.
On a personal note I would say Robin S Show Me Love always gets a great reaction played at the right time!
