We strictly operate on appointment basis for collecting and returning equipment and all orders are confirmed online only by completing our equipment booking form. In addition to the cost of hiring equipment, we charge a refundable deposit which is returned to the customer once all the equipment is returned to us in good working condition.
Our equipment return policy is so flexible such that customers can keep all the equipment for a maximum of 2 days after their event without incurring any charges. Even though we expect customers to adhere to the dates and time slots provided in the booking form, returning equipment is open for negotiation.
