It's important to us that your wedding cake is memorable for all the right reasons. A cake is intended to be eaten and to us that is just as important as how your cake design looks.
Every cake is freshly baked in your favourite flavours and designed to your specifications. It can be as simple or as intricate as you like and we can guide you through the various options available to create your dream wedding cake.
Every cake is delivered and set up at your chosen venue as arranged, so you can relax on your big day.
There are so many different styles available from naked cakes, semi-naked, buttercream and iced. You may wish to use fresh flowers or we can create sugar flowers or bespoke novelty decorations. Maybe you'd prefer a cupcake tower or dessert table, or perhaps biscuit favours?
The first step is to check the availability for your wedding date as soon as your venue is booked. A cake consultation can then be arranged to discuss your cake design while tasting your favourite cake choices.
Special diets can be catered for, but working from a domestic kitchen I can use gluten free ingredients, dairy free ingredients and nut free ingredients etc. but cannot legally describe my cakes as gluten free, dairy free or nut free as there may be traces of wheat flour, dairy or nuts in my working environment.

What is your most memorable wedding?
My most memorable wedding is a last minute cake for a couple who were let down 5 days before their wedding. I met them on the Monday to design their cake, put their minds at rest and delivered on the Friday. They were thrilled and I was so pleased to be able to help.

My versatility is what I'm most proud of. No two cakes have ever been the same and are as unique as the couples I create them for.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book in your wedding cake as soon as you've booked your venue. Small businesses get booked up quickly and you can always meet to finalise the design later.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Typically a couple initially contact me to see if I'm available for their date. They give me an idea of the sort of cake they would like, the number of guests and the venue etc. and I give them a rough idea of the price. If they are happy with that, we arrange a cake consultation, discuss designs and taste cake in their chosen flavours. I then put together in writing their cake order with everything discussed and a sketch of their cake design. A deposit secures their date and the final balance is due 4 weeks before their wedding day.
