What is your most memorable wedding?

The cake I made in May this year with spring flowers and a pair of foxes made from sugar. It was such an original idea from the bride herself - and I loved turning her dream into a reality.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Clean, stylish, pretty, neat, delicious

What about your business are you most proud of?

The lovely feedback I get from couples - many of whom come back for Christening/naming cakes, and who recommend me to other brides and grooms.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Be organised and book as early as you possibly can so that you get the suppliers that you want.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

favours that reflect the personalities of the couple.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I always recommend a face to face consultation and tasting. It gives me an opportunity to find out what they like ... and also what the don't like (just as important!). I follow up with design ideas.
