My approach to photographing your wedding is very informal, relaxed and to try and have a bit of fun, but always staying professional. It’s always good to have some of the traditional “staged” photos of the happy couple, family, bridal party etc… and that’s absolutely something we can incorporate into your day. However, I love capturing the natural and raw moments & emotion throughout the day, I truly believe these are the best photographs.

Hello my name is Jon Harrison and thank you for viewing my profile. I live in Leigh Lancashire which is within the Northwest of England near Manchester. I have been a wedding photographer for 8 years and made the jump to full time wedding photographer in 2022 just after covid times. I am a graduate of Visual Arts at the University of Salford and I used to be an image retoucher/ graphical designer for about 4 years.

We are a Derbyshire based wedding photography duo with a passion to provide the best service at a good price. We whole-heartedly love spending time with our clients and seeing their faces light up on their special day. Capturing people’s memories is a huge responsibility but we have the skills and equipment to take that on.

I love capturing the beauty of the world around me and especially enjoy capturing the emotions behind life's most special moments. I am a quiet and thoughtful person; I feel most at ease behind the camera and I always strive to also make my clients feel comfortable. During a wedding I will mostly be in the background capturing the moments as they happen but make sure I'm always there when needed and aim to capture timeless memories.
