Exceptional! From the room size, cleaning, breakfast, and other services. Very modern. The hotel staff are very professional and extremely nice - rarely found in Romania. Big plus for me - the hotel is pet friendly! Definitely, my top picks in Brasov.

New facility with everything you need and something extra. Very friendly staff. I had some issues with the organizers of the event, but the staff was there to help and everything got solved quickly.

We had a great time. They served quality food that was tasty and the music was good. A bit to warm in the room I would say( it could have been a little more airy) but very nicely arranged

It is a hotel with helpful and friendly staff (especially thanks to "Ana and Florentina" at the reception) and makes you feel welcome at all times. We loved the breakfast and the restaurant with extremely delicious food. It has rooms equipped with electronic components and is very clean. Our recommendation is that you review the instruction when you enter the room. Otherwise, you may make meaningless attempts that will make you smile.
