Wedding: September

beautiful hotel, clean, recently refurbished

We just came back from spending a lovely week at this hotel, we thought we would try a new hotel other than the one we used to stay and we are so glad we tried the Vila Gale. The rooms were more than big enough for the two of us, clean, modern and always came back to clean towels and the beds made up. Air conditioning was spot on and had a nice sized balcony to relax on over looking the pool area and sea views. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even happy to give us a late check out...

This brand of hotels is awesome

Much like the other vila gales, the amenities are great and so is the location. By this, I mean the restaurants, buffets, spa, pools, gym,and it's about 12 minutes from the beach and like 15 from the elevators to old town. The pool is very nice and big, and close to the kids pool which is around a foot or so deep.There's one water slide and it's indoors. The indoor pool you need a swim cap. The jacuzzi though, you don't need a cap.The jacuzzi is cool here, its isolated away in a separate room...

Hotel is very clean and tidy

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has plenty to choose from. Even for the fussy eater. Hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff do a wonderful job. The swimming pool looks very inviting as I have yet to try it. They have a well presented spa with pool, sauna and massage rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You do need to wear a swimming cap which is compulsory.

We had such a lovely time staying here

We had such a lovely time staying here. The staff were really friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The day before we left there was a bottle of wine left and our hotel room which was a lovely touch as it happened to be our wedding anniversary as well. There were plenty of lounges around the pool to sit on and the food and beer in the hotel was nice.
