The rooms were beautiful.

My best friend and I came for a vacation and had a blast. The hotel is centrally located near many places to eat, souvenir shops and shopping. We felt safe, we enjoyed our time. The staff was great Very accommodating, helpful And easy to talk to. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed lagoon side then switch to Oceanside and I would recommend Oceanside. The pool was very nice within awesome ocean view. The social was a good place to eat and drink. We felt safe and walked everywhere.

the location was excellent

I contracted this hotel for a senior executive small group meeting, with attendees coming from various US cities. The hotel was proposed by AMEX GBT and worked our very well for us. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the location was excellent and our group was very pleased with their overall experience there.

Great experience! Loved everything about it

Great experience! Loved everything about it, if you are looking for an adults only resort in Puerto Rico, this is the place. Food and amenities were amazing, and the location was beautiful and walkable (10 minute walk to great restaurants/activities/and stores).

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and quiet our room was. The staff is friendly and helpful, the pool area is fun, the views are unparalleled. This hotel is also located in a great spot, easy to walk to other bars, restaurants, and beaches, and a quick drive to Old San Juan and other places to see.
