Good value hotel in the heart of Makati. Close to heaps of bars and food. Lovely staff and a reasonable breakfast. Stayed here twice and would go back for sure.

Such a cool hotel! Upon arriving I asked the desk clerk how old it was and was completely surprised when she said 6 years. They VERY successfully pulled off an amazing 100 year old art deco vibe, along with being super clean. On top of that everyone working here is wonderful. Lastly, I had no idea about the neighborhood when I booked it, but let's just say it's a VERY colorful and interesting walk around. (But totally safe). Highly recommend!!

I loved the art deco interiors! Easy check-in and easy checkout. Good breakfast choices (my personal choice: Continental). Staff were responsive. Clean room, no cockroaches (like in some budget hotels). Good value for money. Quiet place in a quiet location, but near some bars for expats. Smack right between the Makati CBD and Rockwell.

Don't expect any good views from this hotel. But this hotel has a nostalgic theme, located near a lot of nostalgic bars and clubs (not to worry they are a building away, you won't be affected by the noise), it is located in the center to many tourist, not consider near but you can take grab about 200-300peso. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast(except for the waffles).
