Emerald Boutique Hotel

We had a great stay here. The foods were really enticing since they offer buffet. The staffs were very accommodating. There’s parking space at the front and on the other side. I am not sure if they offer elevator since we’ve only used the stairs to our room. The only thing that I think they can do better was to upgrade their router since connecting to the wifi is not great. There are dead spot which can be annoying for someone’s working.

We make reservations weeks in advance for participating the CONVENTION OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES. Very efficient process, friendly employees. The accommodations were quite comfortable and clean. Very close to Legazpi Convention Center and Marlet Place. Recommendable breakfast food. We booked this hotel at the last minute, because we were flying out so early in the morning. It was a complete surprise as to the quality, and service we received for our one night stay! Honestly, probably the biggest surprise of our three week stay in the Philippines. When we arrived, we were greeted with cucumber lemonade for all of us. We had a great lunch after we got settled in.
