The Olearo family entered the world of wine in 1927, when Ernesto Olearo together with his wife Clementina Razzano, built the first small winery at the current Cà di Corte estate, at the time Casa Vinicola Olearo, with a few hectares of vineyards, giving start of production and marketing of wines.

Chef Emanuele Monzeglio offers dishes that combine the Monferrato tradition with a modern and refined twist, accompanied by the wines and oil produced by the estate. The raw materials used in the preparation of the dishes are carefully selected to guarantee respect for good, genuine and authentic food, which is why most of the products are zero kilometer, to enhance the typical nature of this beautiful area.
