It is characterized right from the start by its welcoming and familiar management, it enjoys an intimate and characteristic environment which makes the colors and flavors of the region, offered in a tasting menu, its flagship. The food list includes twenty tastings of typical specialties which vary only based on the seasonality of the products. It is possible to customize the menu based on the customer's particular needs (allergies/veg diets), especially to make your ceremonies special and unique. The truffle, the main ingredient of our gastronomy, is presented and grated directly at the table, to allow the customer to appreciate its consistency and aroma. Our cooking is traditional: we prepare for you bread in the wood-fired oven, potatoes under the ashes, grilled vegetables, grilled meats in the open fireplace, keeping alive the flavors of the dishes and the ancient cooking methods, simple, tasty and healthy . Each dish is enriched by the use of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from Trevi. The price of the tasting menu always includes cover charge, water, house wine, coffee and digestive.
