Hotel Indigo Venice - Sant'Elena, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful and kind staff. We stayed 3 nights there and really love this part of the city. Quiet yet super convenient (water bus stop just 3 mins walk away). Also close to some great food options and grocery stores. Breakfast options are good, and if you wake up late do not need to worry eating leftover food as they continue to make sure the food is refilled until the breakfast hour ends. This was a lovely hotel and a great place to spend the night after a day of seeing sights. The hotel is tucked into the far corner of Venice allowing you to see plenty of beautiful scenes on your walk to and from. The breakfast has a wide selection and a nice atmosphere. The staff are helpful and even gave me candles to blow out on my birthday tiramisu!

Excellent hotel! I have stayed in several Indigo hotels, in USA, Asia, and Middle East, but this one is remarkable. I had difficult last moment reservation and hotel front desk did amazing assistance to make it happened! My Diamond status gave me few nice perks, the room was large and very cozy, restaurant was good, and I even was able to apply Food and Beverage reward to my restaurant bill. Very convenient location: away from crowds, but only 15 minutes by vaporetto to San Marco Square. [...]

Wife and I had a wonderful visit to Hotel Indigo Venice. The accommodations and staff were 5-star. We arrived several hours early and the staff was great allowing us to check-in. This allowed us to freshen up and leave bags while enjoying Venice and the Carnival. The location was beautiful, out of hustle, but right next to water-bus lines to go everywhere. Very convenient. We celebrated our wedding at Indigo Venice Sant'Elena and had a great time throughout our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautiful with a very charming personal style and the breakfast included a great variety of delicious food. The wedding reception itself was very well organized and the appetizer and dinner menu were great. Thank you again for your hospitality and all your support.
