Really exceptional hotel, extremely helpful staff

The hotel is really exceptional. It has an old fashion charm, which is very positive. And giant elegance. Staff is extremely helpful, kind, professional and try to fulfil all your needs. In the lobby you feel like at home. Fireplace with nearby bar are beautiful, very elegant and just invite you to have a rest after skiing. We had a classic room with the view of the Matterhorn.

Excellent hotel and professional staff

Excellent hotel where you can breathe the scent of history. Quality furnishings where wood dominates. The room is large, comfortable and complete with everything. The staff is young, dynamic, courteous and extremely professional. Among the services we must certainly mention the SPA, which is excellent. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the internal bistro. The dinner seemed to me to be below the high standards of everything else on offer. Overall positive experience. Which I will repeat.
