Clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff. The waitress Sara was very helpful, kind and nice. And even at the Hall the girl who suggested various pastry shops in the area was very thorough and helpful. Totally positive experience. We will be back.

Very comfortable Hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff From the reception to the restaurant especially Sara who was just delightful helpful especially when one of us had dietary restrictions Food excellent in evening Breakfast not varied enough. Location ok but a car needed as taxi rather pricy and bus service to Lucca not frequent enough with gaps in time throughout the day Would definitely return with a car though.
