SERVICES For our rooms we have selected a set of products by Mediterranea Cosmetics by the Carli Brothers, made with olive oil from the Ligurian Riviera and argan oil. Free of parabens and ingredients of animal origin, the formulas of Carli products respect the pH of the skin, nourishing it with the active ingredients of the oils. RESTAURANT AND BAR In the Riviera dei Fiori, a journey through the knowledge and flavours of Imperia and its surroundings. The terrace overlooking the sea, when the weather is nice, is dedicated to breakfast and lunch, while dinner is served in the internal room. Massimo, the chef, and Daniele, the maître, offer a selection of land and sea dishes, prepared with seasonal products mostly coming from farms in the gulf of Diano Marina and the hinterland of Imperia. The seasonal flavors of the foods, enhanced by the Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, are enhanced by the aromas of local and national wines. We reserve specific and equally tasty dishes for vegetarian guests or those with food intolerances. When preparing gluten-free dishes we follow the instructions of the AIC, the Italian Celiac Association.
