Beautiful hotel very close to main tourist sites. Great modern amenities. Mike at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Our room had a gorgeous view of the numerous bell towers in the area, and we loved hearing the bells chime! We enjoyed a cocktail at the rooftop bar with a great view of the Duomo. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be more pleased with this hotel. The location was incredible, minutes walk to the Duomo or Piazza Signoria. The hotel itself is beautiful and the view from our window was stunning. Our room was nice and comfortable. The only minor issue we had was the bathroom. Our shower was on the small side and there was very little counter space. Also, the hairdryer was one of the kind where you have to hold the button down to operate. Those are terrible and inconvenient. If they had a better hairdr
