Wow! Outstanding.

Wow! Outstanding. Great location a 5 minute walk from main attractions. Train station a short walk. Staff are kind and friendly and happy to help. In the room there is a free travel assistant phone, I thought a great touch. Room are clean and ours was grand lovely tall ceiling. Plenty of room. Room cleaned every day!

Look forward to going back

Fantastic hotel. Makes you feel like your in Florence. Had the room with a Garden and what a class choice that was to be able to get away from the unexpected hustle of the city and just chill with a glass of wine in peace. Staff are helpful a d friendly, look forward to going back.

Amazing hotel and an even better staff!

Amazing hotel and an even better staff! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. From the front desk, housekeepers, bellmen, and restaurant/bar staff! Views from the roof top were spectacular, and the buffet breakfast was very good! Conveniently in walking distance to the train station and to downtown Florence.

Went there for a pre wedding drink party. Got drunk, good place, view from the top is brilliant. Go if you can.
