We are waiting for you at the restaurant “La Scarpetta” (NEW MANAGEMENT) inside our village, where Gabriele will delight you with and typical Umbrian and lake specialties, prepared in respect of the peasant tradition using genuine and quality products, in a welcoming and familiar environment. The tavern was built in an ancient rural village of 1600 and 1700: the farmhouses, recovered during the early abandonment, have been completely renovated respecting the architecture of the time, thus keeping all those small details that take us back in time, such as wooden beams, stones, bricks, niches and doors. In a rustic style, but elegant, it is an ideal place to celebrate special occasions, family parties and dinners with friends. A romantic and familiar environment, which is arranged in internal locations in the various rooms or perhaps in front of the large fireplace of the main room, and outdoor locations in the garden or by the pool with the breeze of the lake that cheers the warm sun and summer evenings. You can taste the specialties of the Umbrian countryside in a menu where the first courses made by hand are the masters, but which also offers numerous typicalities balanced in new flavors of land and fresh water.
