The highlight of this trip. Thoughtfully decorated and comfortable rooms. Excellent food prepared with attention to detail and a respect for local ingredients. Flavours were often simple but delicious. Charming staff. The hotel is located in an olive grove an easy drive away from the Valley of Temples. Overall, a great experience and very good value.

The property is exceptional and definitely exceeded our expectations. Being surrounded by such a beautiful olive trees and all sorts of plants felt amazing. The interior is elegant and well thought of. The cuisine is very special. We followed a culinary class that we really enjoyed. There’s a possibility to learn more about olive oil extraction. Our family (group of 12) stayed here after our wedding near Palermo. We fell in love with it: beautiful outdoor spaces and grounds in which to relax & take wonderful meals outside, friendly dogs, the olive grove, tour & tastings, and the rooms were lovely, mix of old and new.
