The property is exceptional and definitely exceeded our expectations. Being surrounded by such a beautiful olive trees and all sorts of plants felt amazing. The interior is elegant and well thought of. The cuisine is very special. We followed a culinary class that we really enjoyed. There’s a possibility to learn more about olive oil extraction. The highlight of this trip. Thoughtfully decorated and comfortable rooms. Excellent food prepared with attention to detail and a respect for local ingredients. Flavours were often simple but delicious. Charming staff. The hotel is located in an olive grove an easy drive away from the Valley of Temples. Overall, a great experience and very good value.

Our family (group of 12) stayed here after our wedding near Palermo. We fell in love with it: beautiful outdoor spaces and grounds in which to relax & take wonderful meals outside, friendly dogs, the olive grove, tour & tastings, and the rooms were lovely, mix of old and new. The hosts were very welcoming from before we arrived and followed up in emails to help us plan and arrange everything. Our stay here was one of everyone’s favorite parts of our wedding and travels...
