[...] THE HOTEL The Hotel California was founded by two brothers, Antonio and Francesco Cinque. They turned the Palazzo Bruno, formerly the residence of a noble Neapolitan family, into a welcoming and attractive hotel consisting of the original structure, dating back to 1777 and of a new addition, built in 1968. The hotel boasts a spacious terrace, where guests can enjoy breakfast while gazing at the splendid scenery of the Amalfi Coast. The rooms, which are very comfortable and fully equipped, all feature terraces with a view of the sea. THE ROOMS The Hotel California has 15 double rooms. 6 in the original wing and 9 in the new addition; 3 of the latter are equipped with jacuzzis. All of the rooms are airy and bright, with views of the sea and of the town of Positano from their balconies/terraces. The rooms in the original wing are decorated with frescoes done in the 18th century. The rooms are equipped with television, telephone, mini fridge/bar, air-conditioning and hairdryer. The basic, classic, comfort and double rooms with terrace all have a shower box. The quadruple room: has a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. The Room with Jacuzzi with bathtub.
