All arrival drinks reception shall be hosted on the rooftop City View Suite with stunning panoramic views of the city. With an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, talented Executive Chef Patrick Anslow and his culinary team serve award-winning Irish and International cuisine, presented with a silver cloche service for all guests for that extra special touch on your day. Where possible, we source all of our produce locally. A natural daylight-filled space with high ceilings, two private bars, a moveable stage, and a dancefloor, our Shannon Suite has hosted prestigious events in the city for years. With mood lighting to match your theme, your event will be dressed to impress. As part of this package, your reception drinks will take place in the Rooftop Suite, which has breathtaking views of Limerick city. To make your special day even more special, you will also be served a silver cloche service for all guests. This gorgeous event space is our largest at the hotel. In addition to accommodating 120 to 400 wedding guests, the Shannon Suite opens onto a chic urban garden and our unique Secret Garden.
