Early checkin granted and other platinum benefits honoured. Rooms look brand new, with stunning views. Standout here are the bar staff, who are absolutely amazing! So friendly. Only drawback is distance to centre of town if you’re walking. Closest convenience store is roughly 15 minute walk.

The crowns plaza is located in the middle on Tumon Beach Area. The sand is a little narrow right in front of the hotel but a short walk will provide more than enough for your blanket. My room was modern and perfectly comfortable. Guest self serve laundry is available. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and pool area all feel newly renovated. Unfortunately as far as the bar is concerned I’d stick to beer and wine. The bar tenders had trouble with mixed drink orders.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby and bar were very attractive. The room was also nice. Great shower!! The Tumon Bay view is really incredible. Beach access and nice pool. The workout room was decently equipped. I workout very early so I never had issues. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating. This is 100% where I will stay the next time I go to Guam!
