Great place for families with kids. Yes, hotel need a kind of refurbishment. Yes, water in the pools should be wormer, and it is not, probably, 5 star resort based on some international standard. However, it is definitely something which is not common for Greece tourism, especially for northern part. You have compete all inclusive resort for all contexts for the kids. Food is really great. This hotel is one of the best ive ever come to, it made an unforgettable memory in me. I still wish to come back here and I guarantee that I will. Everything was perfect. The pretty view, the very tasty buffet and the service were perfect. I recommend it to everyone who wishes for a beautiful vacation!

I can't rate this hotel high enough, from the moment we arrived to our reluctant departure everything was just perfect, the rooms were kept clean, towels and bedding changed daily, the food from the restaurants was extremely good and the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond. There are far too many heroes to mention but one that stood out for me was Rania ( hope I spelt her name correctly )

Beautiful place, we were upgraded as it was our honeymoon. Food was incredible,so much choice and all perfectly cooked. Staff attentive & friendly. If you're all inclusive be sure to find out where you can food/drink and at what time of season as this varies. Location was stunning 😍but beware, the beach is VERY course sharp sand and not as it looks in the photos. 30 minute walk along the beach to Neos marmaras, a small but beautiful town close by. Taxi boat back is a nice way to end a day there

We visited to attend a wedding at Kohi Beach club and spent the week at Porto Carras. Beautiful private beach with plenty of sun loungers and shade Water crystal clear and good for snorkeling Fabulous swimming pool Friendly staff and very welcoming to us with our baby (special mention to the restaurant staff who she loved!) Clean and comfortable Half board food a good selection
