The venue is perfectly suited for hosting an outdoor secular ceremony , a sunset cocktail reception , and a dinner party under the stars . The expansive 5,000 m² grounds offer a variety of spaces to create: an archway facing the sea, pathways lined with olive trees, a dinner under fairy lights, or an evening around a fire pit.

The main villa, fully renovated, combines charm, comfort, and light. It can accommodate the bride and groom and their loved ones in a warm and refined atmosphere. An adjoining annex, with its own separate entrance, offers additional space ideal for accommodating family, witnesses, or for holding a private preparation session.

The private pool, panoramic terraces and olive groves provide natural settings for the highlights of the wedding: preparations, photo shoot, brunch the next day or relaxing moments with guests.

The property benefits from a privileged location, just 5 minutes from Liouquet beach and 15 minutes from the port of La Ciotat and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, facilitating access for guests and service providers.

Accommodation

The main house comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is complemented by a fully renovated adjoining annex with its own separate entrance. This annex includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room, a terrace, and a private garden. A stone wall ensures privacy between the two spaces.

• Events are permitted during the day and early evening, provided they respect the neighborhood.

• To preserve the harmony of the place and the surrounding calm, outdoor music is permitted until 10 p.m. at a reasonable volume level.
• Music must stop completely outdoors at 10 p.m.
