The bride and groom have an increasing tendency to prepare small gifts for their guests... recently our bride and groom printed a photo of each guest during a moment of sharing and wrote a little personal note to each of their guests, a very touching intention because it is very personal

yes but it remains secret because we do not divulge any name or private life...
What’s your favourite canapé?
Foie gras crumble with crayfish and.. Semi-cooked scallops with saffron flavors
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Among my savory favorites, the delicious duo of scallops and monkfish with blueberry butter, but also the brioche and its pan-fried foie gras with citrus sauce...
for a sweet treat, revisited chocolate profiteroles... a classic but formidable in flavor! A candied pear with chocolate ganache... and the unmissable Normandine with apples and salted butter caramel! what difficult choices!!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Its history... according to a Norman historian, Henri IV lived with Gabrielle d'Estrée in this place steeped in history... there is a soul, a spirit and a sense of serenity due to the site which has retained its authenticity but in keeping with the modernity of current colors.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The creation of our “vert galant” room 17 years ago...a barn dismantled on a site and reassembled on our estate, a great success! and therefore adapted with comfort (underfloor heating, sound insulation, etc.)
