The cottage is located in the countryside, between the forests of Conches and Beaumont, on the edge of hiking trails. Possibilities for various leisure activities nearby (swimming pool, tennis, equestrian center, tree climbing, paintball, golf, etc.).
Thanks to the 136m2 room and the professional stainless steel kitchen, we accommodate groups of 15 to 120 people, with a capacity of 35 beds divided into 9 rooms.

Everything is very well appointed, the very large kitchen has everything there, even a professional dishwasher! The main room is magnificent and creates a very warm atmosphere with the large fireplace. There is plenty of room to organize the room as you want. We didn't hesitate for a single moment when we discovered this place! We celebrated our wedding at the Gîte des Blés Verts about ten days ago. It’s a superb place! Like many other weddings, ours was postponed due to Covid but Eva and Maxime were great, we were able to find a new date.
