The rental of the Domaine from Friday morning to late Sunday afternoon is self-catering (so you have the choice of caterer).
> We can accommodate up to 70 or even 80 people in the reception area:
The rental therefore includes a reception area with:
- a 50 m2 room opening onto an outdoor terrace;
- another room of 100 m2 in stone and exposed beams with bar;
- a covered outdoor terrace of 50 m2;
- an uncovered terrace of 200 m2;
- an outdoor bar;
- a semi-professional kitchen of 30 m2;
- you have access to our 4.5 hectare park;
- 6 rectangular outdoor wooden tables;
- 12 rectangular plastic folding tables;

First of all, if you have an old GPS, it will recognize La Brette with a single "t".
We are 6km from Condom (Gers) towards Nérac (Lot et Garonne).
From Condom, take the Nérac road (D930), follow it until the ZA de Pômé roundabout (which is approximately 4.5km from the Condom exit), at this roundabout turn right and continue on this small winding road passing through the lock, then a bridge and, when you see the tennis court, you have arrived

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
In reality, there were three very beautiful weddings, one in 2019, one in 2022 and the last in 2023. The bride and groom had put together a whole scenography which was magical. Their guests had an extraordinary time.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The little advice we can give is to visit the places you select. Even if the budget of the Estate where you plan to live, imagine living, or celebrating your wedding does not correspond to the price range set at the start, it is very important to visit it. You absolutely must feel good where you are going to unite. You will then have an excellent time with your guests.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We have a tower on the Domaine, this year the bride and groom organized their secular ceremony there and decorated this place with great taste for the occasion: white covers for the chairs, drapes of different blue colors on the beams, flowers in pretty vases, light garlands, beautiful rattan armchairs for the bride and groom, a beautiful decoration for the lectern, lighting to finish.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
There are many spots but the one that the bride and groom generally prefer is the one in front of the vines.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Our favorite appetizer is: pan-fried foie gras gingerbread toast.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Our favorite treat is quite simple actually: vanilla cream cracker puffs. So good when done well!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The Domaine is a truly cocooning place just for you.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The park is the part we can be most proud of. It is very pleasant, a beautiful green setting. In spring and summer many areas are shaded.
