This estate includes:
In a landscaped, enclosed, and wooded park,
a 200 m² room that can accommodate up to 150 people seated and 180 for cocktails,
an adjoining 75 m² canopy, overlooking a 110 m² terrace,
a reception hall with cloakroom,
handicapped-accessible restrooms,
a catering area.
Tables and chairs are provided with the room.
Underfloor heating that uses geothermal energy to ensure maximum comfort whatever the season, and plant-based sanitation (phytopurification) are part of a sustainable approach.
