We work with a selection of carefully chosen wines from trusted houses and partners , whose quality has fully convinced us.

We therefore offer different options to suit all tastes and budgets , while guaranteeing a quality selection to accompany your event.

The objective being to allow our service teams to complete their work and leave the premises at 5:00 am , it will therefore be necessary to plan for the music to stop around 4:00 am , in order to allow the necessary time for tidying and putting the spaces back in order.

The furniture is included in the rental of the estate, however, the decoration remains your responsibility , including flowers, stationery, centerpieces, personalized decorative elements, etc.

Nevertheless, the estate already has strings of lights installed in a starry sky , which add a lot of charm and create a warm and elegant atmosphere in the room.

The lighting of the space is therefore quite sufficient on its own, and you can then add the decorative elements of your choice to personalize the space according to your desires and theme.

In case of adverse weather, especially rain, an outdoor tent with a floor can be arranged for an additional fee. However, this option must be planned and reserved in advance to ensure its setup can be organized under the best possible conditions.

If you do not wish to provide a tent, we also have an indoor alternative , which can accommodate up to 120 people for the secular ceremony .

Of course! Since we don't have an event the day before , we allow you to come and set up your decorations directly on site so you can prepare for your event calmly.

However, we organize many events on Fridays, especially during peak season. When the grounds are booked the day before, we will set up your decorations ourselves , provided that you have dropped them off at the venue during the week.

This allows you to find your decorations set up and your room ready on the big day, even when access the day before is not possible.

From the first visit appointment, France explains the procedure to follow to organize your wedding at Domaine d'Achelles and provides you with the list of our partner service providers.

When the wedding is planned well in advance, we can arrange an intermediate meeting, by phone or at the estate , then a final meeting 2 to 3 weeks before the big day to confirm the last details.

Of course, we remain available throughout your engagement to answer your questions, advise you and support you in preparing for your wedding.
