Nous sommes un jeune couple belge installé dans le Sud de la France avec notre petite fille de deux ans, portés par l’envie de créer une véritable entreprise familiale. Lorsque nous avons découvert le Château du Griffon, au pied de la majestueuse montagne du Luberon, ce fut un véritable coup de cœur : pour le lieu, pour la région, pour l’histoire qu’elle raconte.
