This historic mill, dating back to the 8th century and once owned by the family of the Marquis de Sade, has been meticulously renovated to preserve its authenticity. The estate offers several versatile spaces to suit your needs: a grand courtyard that can host up to 300 guests, a romantic garden perfect for ceremonies or cocktails, and a flexible covered/open area.
To extend the magic, three unique accommodations—a treehouse, a medieval dovecote, and a fully equipped loft—are available to house your loved ones in an exceptional setting. With its romantic atmosphere and natural surroundings, the Domaine du Moulin Saint Augustin is the perfect venue for both intimate and large weddings, offering full flexibility to tailor your event to your dreams.

The different privatization packages at Domaine du Moulin Saint Augustin give you access to the estate’s main reception areas, allowing each moment of your wedding to take place in a unique setting:
• the ceremony in the heart of the olive groves
• the cocktail reception on the lawn of the former washhouse garden
• dinner in the estate’s main courtyard
• the evening party in the covered stone-vaulted area adjoining the courtyard
All our packages also include reception furniture (round or rectangular tables and chairs), as well as a weather backup option allowing the installation of a nomadic tent in the main courtyard in case of uncertain weather.
The privatization also includes 32 sleeping accommodations spread across five guesthouses on the estate, allowing the bride and groom and their loved ones to stay on site in a privileged setting at the heart of the property.
Finally, a guided tour of our olive oil mill is offered during your stay. Your guests will have the opportunity to discover the history of the estate and enjoy a tasting of our olive oils produced on site. An authentic and convivial experience that brings a unique touch to your wedding weekend.

From our very first meeting, we were captivated by Estelle, who lovingly conveys the spirit of this family home steeped in history. Among the olive trees, the stone, and the surrounding nature, you can truly breathe in the essence of Provence and the Luberon. But what touched us most was the soul of this place. It's a naturally beautiful place, unpretentious and uncluttered, where you simply feel at ease. It already had everything we were looking for, and from our very first visit, we felt it reflected who we are. For a weekend, we were able to make the place our own, add a few touches of our personality, and truly make it "our home." We made the choice not to overload it with flowers or decorations, simply because it was beautiful enough on its own. The stone, the olive trees, the vegetation, and the natural charm of the mill already provided the entire setting. We simply added a few details that reflected us, not trying to transform the place, but rather to bring a little bit of our world into its own. And the result was even more beautiful than we had imagined. Everything seemed natural, nothing appeared forced or overdone: it was simply us. This was, in fact, one of the most wonderful compliments our guests gave us: they found our wedding friendly, warm, and truly representative of us. The various spaces and accommodations also allowed us to make the most of our loved ones, some of whom had traveled from afar, and to fully experience this weekend with them. We were able to organize a magnificent secular ceremony while preserving the "wow" factor of discovering this superb courtyard for the rest of the festivities. Estelle was attentive and highly professional from start to finish. From the initial meeting and site visits to the big day, her smile, availability, and advice were always invaluable (her printer for the wedding vows was a lifesaver too!). We wanted for nothing, whether it was coordinating the day itself or answering our many questions during the planning process. And after the renovations this year, what a surprise to rediscover a venue we already loved, even more beautiful! Lighting, furniture, landscaping, a professional kitchen, sound system… everything had been carefully considered to simplify the planning process while preserving the mill's authenticity and charm. If you're looking for an authentic, natural, unpretentious venue with the true spirit of the South, where your loved ones can feel at home rather than just at a reception, then you've come to the right place.
