We recommend without reservation.. We met Pascal and Catherine as part of our wedding on the Île de Ré in May 2022 as caterers and in their restaurant in Rochefort. The restaurant offers an exceptional setting which is illustrated by its tranquility, conducive to tasting the dishes served. The plates are generous and well presented. We did not have lunch at Escale de Lupin but we chose Pascal its Chef to provide the catering for our wedding celebrated on June 12 on the Ile de Ré. We were all simply amazed by the service delivered which went well beyond our expectations.
