Completely renovated and available for private use, the estate combines the character of a historic residence with contemporary comfort, in the heart of a 15,000 m² wooded park just 12 km from La Rochelle train station, 5 minutes from the beaches of Châtelaillon and 20 minutes from the bridge to the island of Ré.
Behind its gate, the estate offers a setting that is at once private, elegant, and profoundly exotic. A courtyard, stone facades, ancient trees, and 15,000 m² of wooded parkland create a natural backdrop for your ceremony, cocktail hour, photos, and the various stages of your reception.
Here, you are not simply booking a room: you can privatize an estate and take the time to fully experience your wedding, surrounded by your loved ones, in an almost timeless atmosphere.
The Park Hall
Opening onto the park, the large reception room combines stone, wood, generous volumes and contemporary comfort.
It can accommodate up to 130 people and benefits from air conditioning for summer receptions as well as underfloor heating in winter, to ensure true comfort in all seasons.
Integrated sound and video systems, disabled access, furniture, a professional kitchen and independent technical access facilitate the organization of your reception while preserving the elegance of the venue.
Spaces for every moment
Located in the main building of the Logis, the Hall of Honor offers a more intimate space opening onto the courtyard and the park. Its antique ceiling and unique atmosphere make it a perfect place for preparations, a small gathering, or a quieter interlude during the day.
Outside, the 15,000 m² wooded park, the terraces and the courtyard of honor naturally allow one to imagine a secular ceremony, a cocktail, a brunch or simply moments of relaxation between two highlights.
Swimming pool, spa (sauna, hammam) and pétanque court also allow you to extend the experience beyond the reception area itself.
The privilege of staying put
The Logis rooms, furnished in a boutique-hotel style, allow the bride and groom and their loved ones to stay directly on the estate.
Privatization can therefore extend beyond just the wedding day: arriving, settling in, celebrating, then extending the reunion the next day, in a calm and preserved environment.
For other guests, partner accommodations are available near the estate.

What is the history of the venue?
The Logis is an 18th-century manor, built before the French Revolution by Antoine Saulnier, inspector of the King's Farms (the royal tax administration). The building is listed as remarkable and appears on the Napoleonic land register. Its architecture is unique, with its very large openings and its trompe-l'œil flat roof. We have restored it down to the very last detail, with deep respect for its heritage, to bring together the charm of the past and today's comfort.
Do you host weekday weddings?
Yes. If your dates are flexible, we can consider a weekday wedding at an adjusted price.
How many guests can you welcome?
The Logis has indoor furniture for 100 guests in wedding layout. The recommended maximum capacity is 100 to 130 guests, depending on the table layout and how your event is organised (bar, photo booth, DJ set-up, wedding cake display).
Can we stay on site? What about our other guests?
Yes. The Logis has 9 boutique-hotel double rooms, sleeping 18, with bed linen, towels and final cleaning included. Being so close to the coast, there are many holiday rentals and hotels just a short distance from the Logis, and shuttles can be arranged at a reasonable cost.
Which packages do you offer?
- L'Essentiel, the wedding weekend: 2 nights, from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 5 pm, with the wedding party and the next-day brunch.
- Signature, the long weekend: 3 nights, from Friday 2 pm to Monday 10 am, including the spa, sauna and hammam, and Sunday at the estate with your loved ones.
- Collection privée: a whole week at the Logis, Friday to Friday.

L'Essentiel, the wedding weekend, brings together your wedding party and the next-day brunch over 2 nights. The package includes:
- exclusive use of the estate from Friday 4 pm to Sunday 5 pm;
- the Salle du Parc, air-conditioned in summer and with underfloor heating in winter, and the 45 m² Boudoir for getting ready;
- Friday and Saturday nights in the 9 boutique-hotel rooms (18 guests), linen and cleaning included;
- the Pièce d'honneur for meals of the guests staying on site;
- furniture for 100 guests;
- the caterer's kitchen and its professional equipment;
- sound system, video and stage lighting;
- the pool and the pétanque court;
- our event concierge on the wedding night.
The spa (sauna and hammam) is available as an option.
How late can the party go on?
our standars offer is based on Music stops at 4 am and the hall closes at 5 am. Background music is welcome outdoors during the drinks reception. The dancing takes place in the Salle du Parc.
