Created in 1992 on the initiative of artists Jean Baptiste Audat and Anne Marie Pécheur, art-cade* is one of the first associations dedicated to contemporary art and emerging artists in Marseille. Art-cade* is part of the PAC network which brings together more than 30 contemporary art structures in Marseille.
The location of the gallery is ideal, in the heart of the city, in the Plaine district, art-cade* has a unique place, a true heritage: the gallery of the Grand Bains Douches de la Plaine offers a space of 150m2 around an interior garden of 50 m2, overlooked by a terrace of 70 m2.
