Quels sont les tarifs de privatisation du domaine pour un mariage ?
High season (April 1st to November 1st): weekend €3,300 incl. VAT, 1-day week €2,200 incl. VAT, 2-day week €2,900 incl. VAT. Off-season : weekend package (Saturday 10am to Sunday 6pm) at €2,900 incl. VAT.
In both cases, access the day before is included from 10am to 6pm for decorating and preparations.

The outdoor courtyard can accommodate up to 150 guests for the drinks reception and cocktail hour. The reception hall can accommodate up to 100 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor.
The estate also has three other dedicated spaces: the Park (photos), the Olive Tree Avenue (secular ceremony) and the Courtyard (cocktail and brunch).
Quels sont les tarifs pour les événements familiaux (anniversaire, baptême, soirée privée) ?
Three options are available to privatize the entire estate:
- Full-day package (10am–6pm): €1,500
- Weekend evening (Saturday or Sunday, until 4am): €2,200
- Weeknight (Tuesday to Thursday, until 4am): €1,900
Le mobilier est-il inclus dans la location ?
Yes, high-end furniture is included for all receptions, at a rate of €10 including VAT per person: 110 Saint-Rémy chairs (oak and rattan), 15 round tables (180 cm, seating 8 to 10 people) and 10 rectangular PVC tables (180 x 75 cm). Tablecloths and tableware are not included.
In case of loss or damage, the replacement costs amount to €80 per chair, €200 per round table and €100 per rectangular table.
Quelles sont les règles concernant la musique et les horaires de fin de soirée ?
Outdoors, the cocktail reception and background music (not dancing, moderate volume) must stop at 9 p.m. Indoors, musical entertainment and dancing are permitted until 4 a.m., provided that the doors of the venue remain closed to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
Peut-on apporter ses propres vins et alcools ?
Only wines from the estate are permitted, unless prior written agreement has been obtained via email—Château Vannières being primarily a winery. Other alcoholic beverages are available at your discretion and without corkage fee. A 20% discount applies exclusively to the Bandol range.
Ordered wines are delivered to the venue the day before the event by the owner; no restocking is possible during the event, and purchased bottles are final and non-returnable. The tasting room opens on May 2nd.
Quel est le montant de la caution demandée ?
A security deposit of €2,500 (including VAT) is required upon check-in, payable in two separate checks (€2,000 and €500) made out to Château Vannières. The €500 check may be cashed in the event of a breach of safety, cleanliness, or neighborly regulations; the €2,000 check covers any potential damage to the property. In the absence of any dispute, both checks will be destroyed after the final inspection.

Quelles sont les consignes pratiques à respecter le jour J ?
Access : park in the "Reception" car park (and not the one for the wine cellar); the central aisle connecting the entrance to the courtyard must remain clear at all times (access for firefighters and agricultural vehicles).
Waste : its disposal, as well as that of bottles, is the responsibility of the bride and groom (containers on the Saint-Antoine road).
Decoration : hanging decorations and garlands are permitted on the beams of the hall (step ladder provided in the catering kitchen); nothing should be stored outside the day before or the night of the event, and all items (decoration, furniture, floral arrangements) must be removed to free up the spaces by 6 a.m. on Monday.
Prohibitions : Barbecues and fireworks are prohibited (except with special permission from approved providers); party favors and confetti are prohibited—only throwing rice and natural petals is permitted. The olive grove and the Château (a private residence with an alarm system) remain outside the marked area.
Qui est le contact pour organiser mon événement, et quand confirmer le nombre d'invités ?
Yann is the main contact for marketing and event coordination at Château Vannières (07 66 68 64 42, [email protected]). He handles check-in the day before (10am) and welcomes service providers on the day of the event.
The final number of seated guests must be communicated no later than the Monday preceding the event. The final invoice, issued following this confirmation, must be paid in full before the day of the event.
