Set in the heart of the Dordogne’s Périgord Noir, close to Montignac-Lascaux and Sarlat, Château & Jardins de Losse invites you to celebrate your wedding in a setting where Renaissance architecture meets the beauty of nature.

This listed 16th-century historic monument overlooks the Vézère River and is surrounded by gardens awarded the prestigious “Jardin Remarquable” label. Honey-coloured stone, carefully composed gardens and river views create an atmosphere of understated elegance, romance and timeless charm.

A choice of distinctive spaces allows you to shape your celebration:

• The Grand Terrace (370 m²), overlooking the Vézère, is a beautiful setting for a ceremony, drinks reception or dinner beneath the stars.
• The Courtyard offers a graceful open-air setting for cocktails, dining and welcoming guests.
• The former Stables (180 m²), with their stone vaulted ceilings, provide a warm and characterful space for an intimate seated dinner of up to 80 guests.
• The Barn (268 m²), restored and opening onto the gardens, features an original timber roof structure and can seat up to 200 guests.
• The gardens provide a romantic backdrop for photographs, relaxed walks and memorable moments throughout the day.

The château welcomes wedding receptions for up to 200 guests, with both outdoor and covered spaces. An on-site holiday cottage can accommodate up to eight people.

Venue hire includes outdoor lighting and security services. Options are available to extend your private hire or arrange a brunch the following day. Catering is provided by our exclusive partner, Saint-Exupéry Réceptions, and we can recommend other local wedding suppliers (photographs, florists, makeup artists, etc).
