Magnificent place where we spent a pleasant weekend with the family for our cousins' wedding

Place chosen by my daughter and my future son-in-law for their wedding on May 22nd. Visited today to settle the last details for our 3-day castle life, practical and full of charm, very beautiful interior and exterior spaces, a beautiful decoration possible, ideal! This place has a real soul of yesteryear.

This place is extraordinary, the view offers a breathtaking panorama, the large covered terrace, the quality of the work carried out to preserve the authenticity of this castle is unique. We rented this place for our wedding, all our guests were amazed. As for our hosts, professionalism, sense of hospitality, active listening and above all real kindness. This place full of history opens its doors for events that have nothing to do with the image we can have. Dorothée and Guillaume raise our awareness about the restoration of French Heritage but hope to energize and modernize the life of the Château. It is with humility that they welcomed us to each event that we were able to participate in the Château. Between private 100% girls & well-being evenings, weddings, or professional days, it was always a moment of pleasure and timelessness where they showed availability and a sense of the warmest welcome. A magical weekend at the Château de Montplaisant, that's what our guests and we will remember from our 10th wedding anniversary. We fell in admiration in front of this sumptuous castle renovated with great taste and a little madness ;-) Titanic works have been carried out in a few years and the result is a marvel. The setting is sumptuous, a breathtaking view of the beautiful nature and the entire mountain range, it's quite magical. Time stood still for a weekend at the Château de Montplaisant, we were all immersed in a bubble of well-being, in this exceptional place. Dorothée and her husband welcomed us with such kindness and benevolence that we will have a pang in our hearts when we "goodbye" on Sunday evening. Dorothée was great, dynamic, attentive, responsive to meet our expectations and ensure that the weekend went perfectly well. A big THANK YOU Dorothée and your lovely family.
