Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
A very intimate Franco-American wedding, with a ceremony in our family chapel, followed by dinner under the stars in the heart of the flower garden. A magical atmosphere, imbued with refinement and emotion, that both bride and groom and their guests will never forget.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Pray together first, then each share their idea of the perfect wedding, and be ready to compromise to reach a common vision. Actually the essential daily step in each marriage ;)
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One couple had prepared a personalized booklet for each guest, telling their story and the special bonds they shared with each. It was deeply touching and made the event even more authentic and intimate.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The large stone gate with its view of the château's historic façade at sunset... But also the rose garden in bloom or the edge of the pond in the morning light: each moment of the day reveals a new facet of the estate.

Le foie gras maison, accompagné de pain brioché légèrement toasté. Un classique incontournable pour les palais fins !
Quelle est votre gourmandise préférée ?
Notre dessert signature : un roulé aux fruits du jardin, une meringue aérienne garnie de crème chantilly à la vanille et de fruits frais. Léger, élégant, et tout simplement délicieux.

What part of your business are you most proud of?
The organisation : ie pulling in all the top suppliers of our region to work together on events : restaurants, chefs, florists, marquee decorators, chauffeurs, luxury cars as well as some of the grand Loire castles who will open up after hours for visits.
