Ravissante salle atypique, elle allie l'ancien et le contemporain. Sa charpente spectaculaire du XVIIème siècle repose sur de solides piliers de pierre blanche. Entièrement vitrée, claire et lumineuse, elle est ouverte sur la nature omniprésente.
