Le château est facilement accessible en voiture, à environ 1h30 de Toulouse et 2h de Montpellier. Voici les principales routes pour y accéder :
- Depuis Toulouse : Prenez l'autoroute A68 en direction de Castres, puis suivez la D612 en direction de Lacaune. Le Château de Calmels est situé à quelques kilomètres après le village.
