Do my guests have to download an app?
No, never. EasyVJ runs 100% in the phone's web browser. Your guests scan a QR code printed on the menu or shown on the big screen, it opens a web page, that's it. No store, no download — even grandparents manage it.
How long does setup take on the day?
5 minutes. Your DJ or wedding planner opens EasyVJ on the PC connected to the projector/screen, logs in, and launches the show. Done. No hardware to buy, no special cabling, just your usual video setup.
Who runs it during the wedding?
Your DJ from a tablet, or your wedding planner, your brother, your uncle, anybody, from a phone: it's the same console, and one person is enough. Moderation is easy in one click if you want to filter messages.
What if the venue's wifi is bad?
Your guests use their own 4G/5G — no need for the venue's wifi. On the main screen side, a basic internet connection is enough (even tethered 4G works). EasyVJ is ultra-lightweight.
Can I moderate what appears on screen?
Yes, completely. You can turn on moderation: each message sent lands first in a queue on the DJ/wedding planner side. Approve or reject in one click. Perfect to keep the tone warm and avoid bad-taste jokes.
How many guests can take part at the same time?
Unlimited. From 20 intimate guests to 500 people at a large reception, EasyVJ handles it without a hitch. Servers are on Cloudflare (global CDN) — handles any peak during the key moments.
