Pazo de Brandeso was founded in 1620 and converted into a rural tourism accommodation establishment in 2016. It is located 35 km from Santiago de Compostela, in the municipality of Arzúa (province of La Coruña), practically in the geographical centre of Galicia.
The location and comfortable rooms and common areas of Pazo de Brandeso make it the ideal stay for pilgrims in their final stages of the Camino de Santiago.
After a short 2020 season due to the state of alarm, Pazo de Brandeso is preparing to reopen its doors in March with careful COVID-19 prevention measures.
Rooms and Suites
The location and comfortable rooms and accommodations of the Pazo de Brandeso make it an ideal place for pilgrims in their final stages of the French Way of St. James.
The rooms, all of them different, are equipped with all kinds of comforts . Equipped with a double bed (king-size or queen-size) or two single beds, and decorated with fabric-covered walls that provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which antique furniture, period engravings and splendid marble fireplaces are installed.
Main Dining Room
Located on the ground floor of the manor house facing the façade and facing the chapel. Sober and elegant decoration with large mahogany sideboards and a splendid fireplace made of black Belgian marble.
Large cherry table that seats 22 diners for family or group celebrations , or up to ten individual tables of four diners each .
The menu is very diverse and contains both typical Galician specialties and vegetable, fish, meat and game dishes cooked in different ways but always with a personal touch from our chef Naima Boubrisse.
