The house is structured around a central patio in the style of the "Al Andalus" period, with evident memories of the Alhambra in Granada, it must be remembered that this house was conceived as a summer residence, and the concept of freshness was very important, and A central patio that rises to the dome is a guarantee that the temperature will remain cool.
LIBRARY
In the Torre del Vilar the Library is a fundamental part. The bibliographical collection of the house begins in 1780 with documents for the purchase and sale of shares and continues with family correspondence, religious literature, bound weeklies, technical books, novels, encyclopedias, etc. from the end of the 19th century and the entire 20th century. You can consult anything. It will take you to a recent past, but with uses and customs very far from those of today. And at the same time and because we are in the 21st century, a computer with an internet connection is at your disposal.
CHAPEL
In the wealthy Catalan houses, there was a backbone of daily life, religion, everything that was done was conditioned by religion or tradition. Thus, the presence of a chapel inside the house was not surprising, where all extraordinary events were celebrated (weddings, baptisms, deaths, etc...) and daily prayer and Sunday mass were also celebrated.
ROOM
In La Torre del Vilar we have 7 rooms, all of them very spacious and perfectly equipped, with bathroom, heating, air conditioning, LCD television, terrace, etc. One of them on the ground floor, the dels avis, so that it can be accessed by wheelchair and fully adapted.
