It is located on the banks of the Oza River, near its confluence with the Villanueva stream; in a small, flat depression between slopes, in which the valley and the town are embedded.
The building, which is more than 100 years old, preserves the aesthetics of the buildings in the area, walls made with ordinary masonry and carved stones forming the unique elements, the exterior carpentry is made of wood and the roof is slate.
The hotel is made up of three floors, ground, first and below deck, with a total area of 750 m2. It has an accommodation capacity for 20 people, in double rooms and has rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor there are common services, reception, toilets, a warm living room with a library, board games, plasma television and an elegant and cozy dining room, where you can have breakfast and enjoy traditional Bercian cuisine.
