Let me briefly explain why I focus on ceremonies around the world. This journey began more than twelve years ago, just before starting my master's degree in Visual Arts. I'm fascinated by weddings as a means of understanding humanity anthropologically, observing how the same ritual varies across different landscapes, beliefs, and cultures. My primary focus lies in exploring how humans colonize and dynamically interact with their surroundings, navigating between various cultural contexts. My work often delves into the intersection of documentary photography and fine art. I aim to capture the essence of ceremonial gatherings, showcasing the unique atmospheres created by each culture and the unfolding of celebration within them. Today, my work is predominantly international. While rooted in Chile, South America, I'm currently based in Berlin, Germany, and find joy in capturing weddings both abroad and at home.
